Whether you’re creating a custom engagement ring or redesigning a cherished family heirloom, our team guides you through each step with expertise and creativity. Our retail hours are Monday through Thursday 12 noon to 5 pm. Personalized appointments may be made after hours and on Fridays and Sundays.

I had a bracelet that was given to me as a present by family in Italy last summer. 18 k white gold . The clasp on the bracelet was small and I had dropped and almost lost it at my home. I brought the bracelet to Umberto and he determined that we needed to change the clasp to a classic clasp. In Italy the clasps on the bracelet are beautiful. Unfortunately they do not wear well and you will need to replace them. Umberto was very detailed with the plan and discussed what needed to be done. He ordered the 18k clasp showed me the fit . Once I saw the clasp and we agreed he asked for a couple of days. He called me in a couple of days when the bracelet was ready. He did an excellent job and I am grateful for his detailed work and professionalism.

I’ve been doing business with Eddy and Bert for 13 years. I was introduced to them by my brother who had been dealing with them for several years prior. I’ve purchased many pieces from them including multiple watches. The service is outstanding. My favorite part of our relationship is that I can call Eddy and say, “I need something for my wife and I have no idea what I want.” After talking for a few minutes about the occasion he’ll say, ok I think I have an idea what you’re wanting and in the next few days Eddy will send multiple ideas for me to consider and at least one of them will be dead perfect. They’ve serviced all of our timepieces and resized multiple pieces as well. They’ve fabricated pieces from loose stones for me and their design and service is unparalleled. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Humberto helped me throughout the entire process, from selecting the stone, to designing the ring itself until we found something perfect all within a specified budget. Humberto is highly skilled in the art of jewelry. I brought in out-of-date jewelry that I wanted to be redesigned. I had an idea of what I wanted and he sketched out my vision before my eyes.
